A premium rideshare launching in Austin — a city already saturated with Uber and Lyft. No brand, no story, and no clear reason for anyone to choose them. Without trust built before launch, there would be no launch worth having.
Riders make their decision before they ever get in the car. The brand needed to earn trust at a distance — through the story of who the drivers are, not just what the service does.
- Built the brand around driver culture, safety, and a premium experience — positioning Trinity as the credible alternative to commodity rideshare
- Wrote website copy and developed a customer journey map from first awareness through repeat use
- Created a driver culture document used in onboarding to reinforce the brand from the inside out
- Secured 10 Austin business partnerships and 3 influencer deals before a single ride was booked
- Managed the full seven-month arc from pre-launch strategy through in-market delivery
